The staff was very cordial, and check-in was very quick. the room was exceptional and delightful with a beautiful view. We had an awesome experience. Got good breakfasts with a chocolate fountain, bacon, and eggs.

I was given a brand-new and family-friendly room with 1 king-size bed. the staff were caring and so kind, as I could only expect. - Zoia Spa was close to the hotel, enjoyed its location on one happy island.

The location was perfect - close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. The food, especially at the Palm Restaurant, was delicious with a great variety. The room was comfortable and the minibar was regularly restocked.

The breakfast was good, the check in was very quick. The room was relaxing and gorgeous, I had a good rest. It was in a great and phenomenal location a super close walk to The Casino.

The hotel had amazing customer service, friendly and inviting staff, and a great location. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was impeccable. The pool was very clean, and the beach just steps away. The resort offered a variety of cuisines and restaurants.

We loved the clean and well-maintained property and the genuinely friendly staff. The food was good, especially the breakfast. The location was perfect, right on the beach and in the heart of the bar, shop, and restaurant area. We also appreciated the convenience of having all the information available on QR codes, eliminating the need for physical menus and brochures.

This place is perfectly located on a beautiful beach, with shopping centers nearby. The room service was excellent, and the staff provided great service. The hotel amenities, such as the spa, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, were top-notch. I enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace and taking advantage of the beach access. The entertainment provided was also enjoyable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. this venue had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The management could benefit from re-evaluating the staff, especially in terms of their loyalty and respect for their daily tasks. However, I still highly recommend this hotel to family and friends due to its luxurious comfort and quality services.
